Can’t ever through to anyone on the phone. It’s been three months since I went on maternity leave and the correct funds have not been distributed to my account. Has anyone had luck going to Trenton in person and resolving their issues?

The Department of Labor wants to keep the low class, poverty stricken people homeless. I have been was fired and was still denied twice in the last six months. I have three children that have not celebrated Christmas in 2 years because of unemployment. You wait just be told you cant get it. Even when i dont wait and go get a job the claims get stopped because of working but the system says u need to work to collect. I am currently waiting my denial letter as we speak. I will be homeless by the end of the month again because of the waiting period and the turn around to find a job and get a check is too long and not enough. This is insane that i had to move 4 times in the last year and cant get help when i clearing always had funds in unemployment. Guess being homeless is ok for the department of labor since they have secure jobs and dont care about us low working class. Thanks for making me mentally sick. I no longer have the ambition to do well or work hard. I am completely depressed and is losing my mind. My children probably look at me as loser and i hate that the examiers have no compassion for someone that was wrongfully terminated.

Been calling for 3 weeks and every time I call I get the message call the next business day mind you I start calling at 9 am!!

People pay taxes for this government service. I can not even begin to explain the ordeal of me trying to get money that you paid into is like!!!!!! Even when unemployment was over 10 percent it was easier. Now calling for days on end I could not get through. Even when I used my computer. Computer said I was no longer in the system. Then I had to deal Deputy Lu.. who has said I'm ineligible for benefits. Saying they have no record of me calling.. which is ridiculous. Mean while Verizon FiOS phone department says they don't keep any records. I have to turn that service on .. so now I have to repay three weeks of unemployed.. Just F-ing crazy!!!!!! People should not have to put up with this crap.. hard working people who get laid off have to jump through hoops and then told that they have no record of me calling and for me to paid back the money.. well I guess I will have to go there in person and straighten out this mess and take a day off work for it...

If I could rate this more negatively, I would. This is the BIGGEST waste of time. Their call center sends you in circles, the agents that I've been graced with speaking to are either inept and unhelpful, OR callous and rude. Yet all the while...it's YOUR money that you are entitled to, seeing as how you worked for and earned it, but it's nigh impossible to ascertain it.
