My review is related to an Apostille request. It is now 44 days since I sent in the request without receiving the Apostille back or information about the process. And I leave the country (why i needed the Apostille) in less than a week. I tried to send an inquiry on thier website and could not - just received error messages. I called the number I found when I Googled the office, and spoke to someone on the hotline who was very nice, but could not track down where my documents were. She gave me other numbers to call. I finally was able to speak to someone through one of those numbers, and found that my request was still not processed, (although my check was cashed 27 days ago). I am still waiting on resolution of this process..... If you need to go through this process - I am sorry - I have no advice for you...
