For more than a month I have been trying to get a copy of my service of acknowledgment. Finally they got back to me with an email that has no signature to indicate who is communicating with me from their department stating that the service of acknowledgment can not be found however they are mailing to me the final divorce judgment. I keep emailing back to them and explained the importance of this document to me. Furthermore I have requested for an official letter from them saying that this document can not be found. They keep ignoring my messages. I am very unhappy and frustrated with their behavior. Terrible service I hope to find a solution to my problem soon…
I have been waiting for my divorce records for 13 weeks. There is a different excuse each time. I’m now remarried and my spouse can’t get a green card due to this! No one helps me. They all just tell me to “wait another week”. A supervisor named April finally emailed me and told me they needed my drivers license. No one told me this any of the other weeks I called in! I sent the drivers license and it’s been two more weeks of no records from them!
Have held for 2 hours keeps telling me I am the 14 caller in que/ I do not think thay answer the phone.
Therese Cunningham is an incompetent Judge and I am not sure how she is in her current position. Does not listen to a single word the people say, has her own agenda, and does not want to get involved in any case. She kept pushing a case of mine for over two years bc she did not want to deal with it and wanted us to figure it out amongst ourselves. Ask for another, more competent Judge.
Had a bit of a confusing time ordering exemplified copies online. Made some mistakes along the way, but the clerks were willing to go out of their way to ensure I had what I needed in time. Absolute life savers, thank you to everyone at this office!
minus 1 star. worse office, i've come across in nj nyc tri-state ever. but, after speaking with dozen of incompetent one's, 1 person was "truthful" and such wording, was accurate as my sister was lucky to have an expedited-swift movement, on the procurement of her marriagedivorce decreefrom end of 1990s. I want others here to know, she ordered it during may of this year mother's day week. and it was processed 3 daysonce received, around May 21st or so and she got it by JUNE 6th, so that was what? 2 weeks or so. not bad at all. I hope this info help others know, you're able to get your nj divorce decree request, faster, with a good reason.Her being in the car service business she need her valid license, and was not able to work til' she got name change up to the DMV in NJ as part of her six points of i.d., to get license good luck.
The staff picks up, says hello, and hangs right up. That is not a kind thing to do. We wait a long time to speak to you folks.
Navigating the legal institutions can be daunting. But here the staff and officers are very helpful and now they are finally innovation for better public access
horrible, no one picks up the phone to answer any questions.
No body answers phone to answer any questions. Very frustrating.
