Yep. No kidding.
11am, Thursday morning.
Plenty of parking.
Greeted at the door by personnel.
They asked what my needs were. I told them basic renewal. They gave me a ticket and guided me to my waiting area, next to interesting, happy people. After a few minutes of good chat, we were all tended to. The staff (3 total that processed me) were enthusiastic and attentive. 
Simply the best license renewal EVER and I'm old so that's quite a few.

I had to drive around for 10 minutes to find an empty parking space. After that I waited for 2 hours. The woman working there said last Monday the wait time averaged 3 hours. She also said the first day of the week is always the worst, so come any day other than Monday or Tuesday if it's a holiday weekend (I wish i had known).  I'd also recommend coming early or after 1p.m. because it's very slow around lunch time. Other than that the staff were friendly.

Stop giving people who have NO CLUE about the RULES OF THE ROAD,HOW TO MERGE,FLOW OF TRAFFIC,DONT STARE IN THE MIRRORS THAT ARE NOT CORRECTLY POSITIONED TO SEE BLIND THE SPOTS,& WHAT THE DRIVER DIRECYLY BEHIND YOU IS DOING, HOW TO DRIVE a LICENSE  to do so. You are the DIRECT  CAUSE of 90% of the wrecks and 100% of mine, & my(all of the) sky high auto insurance rates....STOP IT....NOW!

If I could give zero stars I would. "We'll be friendly and helpful every time" ... yeah right. They were not helpful and they were rather rude. They had one staff lady doing nothing and only three others actually working with over 50 people in the waiting room. I definitely don't recommend coming here.

Worst dol I've been to. Waited for over an hour and i was number 172 and over an hour later they were only on number 150. I was there to get my son his permit and i just went through this process getting my licence reinstated at another location that had 3times the people waiting to be helped. But at least they had all they're counters staffed with people. And it took 2hrs to get in and out. This place had maybe 4 people helping customers at a time and had maybe 30 people total to help. Its not right that they charge us for everthing they possibly can then make us wait for a ridiculous amount of time to get anything done. This is our government at work for its self and not the people that pays for it.
