A nice place to stay, downtown and above all the action for sure! The main park and strip is right at your feet. An amazing feeling of the Christmas spirit everywhere. It's really cool! You must take a horse drawn carriage through the beautiful hill side and drink hot coco and cider. The restaurants are pretty good even though some are truly over priced. A true Bavarian village that offers it all, nestled in the mountains. The parking is not the best so be ready to park far and walk down town. Enjoy

Check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly and quick to redpond over text and emails. Room was very clean and pretty. Will definitely stay here again.

Gross, outdated place run by awful, unscrupulous people. The stairway to get to the suite smells moldy. The apartment itself is spacious, but the beds are awful and the shower curtain was gross and hung incorrectly. The pullout bed is laughably uncomfortable. Everything feels cheap and outdated. The real problem, though, was the owner of the place. The first night, we opened a kitchen cabinet and the door fell completely off of it, onto a glass vase that that shattered everywhere. Luckily no one was hurt, but there was broken glass everywhere because of their broken cabinet. We called the owner, who claimed they would be available until 11pm, to try to get a vacuum, but apparently they decided not to bother waiting up to make sure their guests made it in ok and had gone to bed before then. We cleaned up all the broken glass we could without a vacuum, but had to walk around in shoes in case we didn't get it all. The next morning, the owner said she was glad no one was hurt and would make sure housekeeping came. The cleaner didn't actually get there until the afternoon, though, and did a terrible job. There was still broken glass on the counter and the floor, and she didn't even bother doing normal housekeeping things like emptying the trash and changing the towels as we requested. We only know they came because they moved the cabinet door that had fallen. After we got home, we got charged an extra $200 because they decided it was our fault that the vase had broken, and furthermore they had a noise complaint (which they had not deigned to share with us) because we wore shoes in the house (to avoid getting cut on the glass that was there because of their broken furnishings that they never bothered to clean up). They only mentioned these things when we called to ask about the extra charge. Between the mediocre suite and the awful, rude owners, we will definitely never be going back.

Beautiful and clean! We will definitely be booking for next year as well! Amazing view, great service, everything you need and minutes away from everything! Perfection!
