Sweet little motel, very nice folks who own. Rooms a little dated, but newer furniture/linens and clean. Great location,  across the street from the lake and nice grassy area with chairs and some tables. Definitely will return.

Our family visited this place. It was impressive and luxurious interior compared to what we pay. My wife likes a small kitchen so that we can cook a simple meal. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed Soap Lake that just across from the motel. A manager told us how and where to get the best mud in Soap Lake. Ask a manager about this if you come in the summer season. You will get a black-oily mud that only can experience in Soap Lake. The owner advised us to visit "laser show in Coulee dam" starting around 10 pm. It was impressive and somewhat educational to my little sons. Good Stay! Great service! I love this place!

Very nice place. We stayed there for 3 nights in a room 201. The room is super clean. The bed is very comfortable. The service is outstanding! The manager is very friendly. She welcomed us like a family. It was even sad to leave. 
It is also very nice outside. They have plenty of tables, barbecue. Every morning we had our breakfast outside while enjoying  the fresh morning air and the view of a lake. 
Highly recommended!
