I will make sure when my lease is up, I will run and not even look back. When you first go an apply you get treated kindly (customer service). The management Kamisha does not have no management and or customer service ethics. Don't smile, RUDE, does not know how to keep good paying tenants and good people to stay. People are moving out, she will flat tell you that she don't know if her leasing staff will be in the next day, she stated to me "I don't even know what's going on with Christina and don't know if she will be here tomorrow" MANAGEMENT and office staff are so INCOMPETENT that's so unreal! But overall is a nice decent place to leave inside your own four walls.

The staff and maintenance are the dumbest and careless ppl ever. Horrible experience!!!! This is the first time my bf and I move in together and in an apartment. Our move in date was Saturday and we never receive a call to come over to the office and finish up the process of moving in. We call and show up and was told we couldn’t see the apartment until we give first month rent, being excited, we paid and was given the keys. When my bf and I did a walk thru, that apartment was not ready to be moved in. The carpet had white paint in every room and there were stains in the living room carpet, hallway, and bedroom. The kitchen microwave handle was broken, a drawer missing, white pain on the floor, and dishwasher has rust stains inside of it. The bath tub silicone seal was cracking on top and on the side of the tub, the toilet paper holder is rusting and the roller was suppose to be white but has faded to yellow, and the medicine cabinet was DISGUSTING from inside. All the windows have exterior paint. Monday I turned in the condition form and a lady from the office did a walk thru with me and apologized that I had to move in a unit like that and said the carpet was dirty and needed to be changed. She said to give them 2 days, I went in Wednesday and asked the lady that leased the apartment to us if the carpet was gonna be changed and she said she never heard anything and spoke to the manager. Manager came with the maintenance guy and took pics of the carpet and directly speaking to the guy said she needed to call the carpet cleaner. Stupidity she asked when was I gonna start moving my things and I responded I had expected to move on Saturday and it is now Wednesday. The maintenance guy said there is nothing they can do to control what then painters do. That is the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard! They can check on the painters to make sure they are doing a good job and tell them to cover the floors with something so they don’t ruin the carpet. Omg! I can’t believe I signed the contract with this property, nothing as gone well and I asked the whole week off to move and I haven’t been able to. This is sad and frustrating.

I have lived here for four and a half years. Since then the apartment has changed management companies and spent over a million dollars remodeling. The courtyard across from the office is beautiful the pool modifications and new grills are nice and modern. I wouldn't trust any of the reviews. I don't agree with any of them that are extremely negative. This apartment complex is not perfect, but none are in the area. The new management has improved immensely from the old Management Group. Since we live close to the Trinity Creek there are many mosquitoes and bugs everywhere especially near the pool and office. We have raccoons, armadillos,wild animals. Most of the grass is infested with fleas and mites make sure you protect your pet. New tenants that have recently moved in are extremely messy and trash the area with Whataburger bags, styrofoam cups, and pet poop, this is also near the office. They only open the pool for friends and family of management and maintenance. The pool opens after Memorial Day and closes Labor Day. You have no private access to the workout room it is only available during office hours which is very inconvenient. The office closes early and opens late and they take an hour and a half lunch so you want to think about this before you go to the office. The maintenance guys are very professional and courteous. My favorite thing about the complex is that it's quiet and a pretty complex for its age. Good luck in I hope this information was helpful to all. One last thing they claim that they have Security on the premises but I have never seen one, though many Grand Prairie Police Officers live here.

WARNING! Do not move here, lived here for 3 years it's a very nice complex and quiet for the most part. However, not a home feeling whatsoever. Management is very rude and unorganized , when we left the apts they charged us damages that were related to appliances we never used as long as we had the Apt.. save yourself from the headache move elsewhere this place should be your last resort

Okay, where to start?...This is the worst property I have ever dealt with. Vesta management employs the most god-awfully incompetent people on the planet; and this property possesses the most rude and unprofessional staff I have ever seen. If you enjoy being a great law-abiding resident who gets treated with utmost disrespect, by all means sign a lease, but I doubt anyone on earth enjoys mistreatment. If you're interested in my terrible experience with this property, read on. There's a plethora of mishaps and miscommunication, if you will, that inspired my move but I'll be brief. I moved out 2 months ago after 3 years there. Why did I leave you ask? Well, for starters, they switched management; then, I went through HELL during my last year all because some moron lost my rent payment! No one took responsibility and I had to threaten legal action to get cooperation. Long story short, that was the final straw. They recently mailed a lovely carpet cleaning invoice for $165 . Everything listed on the invoice matches verbatim what is on my MOVE-IN REPORT--the exact copy I got from the office! I am not responsible for these damages yet they want me to pay for it. They like to torment me apparently. They also like to shut off the water without notice, they have awful electrical wiring, the piping throughout is terribly old and probably rusted--I know this because I used to hear the loud noises each time my neighbors used water. The list goes on but I digress. They have a haphazard way of doing things and don't care if their residents suffer for it. If a "zero" rating was possible, that's what I'd give them. Sure, it's a beautiful community aesthetically but that's a cover for all the problems you can't see (i.e. behind the walls). If you choose to move into these gorgeous apartments after much warning, good luck to you!
