I am not a tenant there, I was touring for apartments and Villas Central Park was one of the ones I liked.  Karen was really nice, I liked the place but I wanted an elevator and I don't want to stay on the ground floor; thus, I won't be moving there. But good amenities

Pros:

Neat complex. It is a very well kept and clean apartment complex.

A lot of amenities and options.

Very pet friendly

All the tenants and management I have met are courteous and respectful*

Centrally located

Cons:

Management seems to not address noise complaints nor do they seem interested in doing so.

No functioning after hours number to contact in case of emergency or necessity to reach the courtesy officer. (Was removed at some point after moving in)

Parking is non existent. Seems that when the building was planned the parking was drastically miscalculated or worse, purposefully short to make tenants rent a car port or garage.

All in all, it is a nice complex but the cons are severe, and make what would otherwise be a stellar place a place to overlook. Specially with all the new apartment buildings being built within a mile radius of this one.

Was a resident here from May 2017 to Feb 2018

Good:
Location is close to the new water park, Wal-Mart, IKEA
Not far from all nearby highways. 
Quiet and safe for the most part.
Amenities are great, workout room, business center, dog park, pool.
Pretty frequent events for residents, these were pretty neat.

Bad:
Price doesn't really match what you'd expect.
Pet waste enforcement is non existent, watch for land mines.
Parking is a complete joke literally. 
Expect to lose most of your deposit upon moveout for cleaning charges. 
Trash pickup is late, and having to try and shove trash bags in the compactor on the weekends is pretty ridiculous.

Would I recommend? Proceed with caution and lower your expectations for what you are paying.

Karen will quote you a price and then you go online the SAME day and it $100 more. What they tell you and what the website says is completely different. From what I have seen, parking looked like a real pain as well. Between those two items, we decided not to even apply here. A shame because the interiors of the units were really nice.

Going down hill fast, poop everywhere,refusal to enforce basic parking rules,  Make sure you come in the afternoon or night time to see the real complex.
