Can't ever talk to your dr, IF you are lucky enough to get a return call after leaving a message for the dr it will be from one of the assistants sometimes a week later.

The office staff was terrible to deal with. They made me wait for 2.5 hours just until they verified my insurance card. I wasn't able to see the doctor until that was verified and I was there on my lunch hour from work. Another appointment they called and stated I had to pay me whole $250 deductible at time of visit when I didn't have to do that on the prior two visits. Not worth it, will find another doctor. It's a shame the office staff is driving people away.

Trying to get thru to pre-certification dept sucks at this office. Always have to leave a message with no return call. Have been trying to get a test ordered by one of the Neurologists approved by insurance and insurance needs more info from the Dr and have left at least 4 messages about it with no return call. I specifically said to call me back along with my contact info I can be reached at.

The office staff sucks. They never answer the phone, are only interested in how much your illness will bring in to the bank.

If you like talking to a machine and not a person then waiting a day to be called back to just set an appointment this is your place
