Had a meeting with them to resolve the issue. They ended up covering the bill for the fix and will help me with my next service. Satisfied with how they helped me out and the way they handled the situation. Took my truck there for a simple service and tire rotation. It came back with the transfer case wire harness pull off frame and laying against front driveshaft. I put back on frame myself so it didn't cause problems. Took it to a different dealer and found out they broke off electrical connecters and the 4wd didn't work. Thanks for making me spend more money for no reason!!

Great place to do business. We drove over three and a half hours to complete the purchase, got a great deal and Toby was an excellent salesman.

This is hands down the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with! These guys are very up front and don't screw around with you. They have the best prices and customer service around (I drove almost 3 hours to purchase from them). I worked with Toby Shirkey, who is just incredible. His customer service is impeccable. After I drove home, he followed up with me to see how the drive went and how I liked the car. Most dealers would never do that. He goes above and beyond. I worked with Brad through the finance details and had an easy transaction process. He didn't try to sell me all the extra stuff I didn't want like most dealerships. As soon as I said no thanks, he moved on. It was a quick and smooth. I can't say enough about these guys and this dealership! I'm from Grand Rapids, MI, so we have plenty of dealerships but these guys are better. I'll definitely be back!!

By far the best dealership in the county, maybe even the Country..... Jay Mcneal and the rest of the staff there are great, very honest and they sell great vehicles. I never had an issue with any of the 5 cars I bought from Jay.
