This office no longer exists for those of you like myself that were not made aware of. Very unprofessional and as a customer- business owner I am extremely disappointed with this office... in particular Karl. He will take only a few minutes out of his busy day to answer a question but if the call must  go over 7 minuets then he will insist he has other things to do and must let you go. 3 years I have done business with these people and honestly First Independent, ( who Descamps merged with),  may want to re-evaluate their partnership as their poor customer service will only weigh them down from advancing in this very competitive business. 
_ Very disappointed.
