I have been trying to get a hold of a check the seller and I agreed on for some repairs. The check has been sitting at visionary title for over a week, I have only received one email back in this past week, no calls or anything. All my repairs have been put aside causing things to worsen because I cannot get the check that I have signed for. They just pushed me aside due to "having a busy month". Handing a check over a counter is not interfering with any business. Very mad at how this company is handling this, and will never do anything through them again.

Visionary Title Agency did not pay the outstanding property taxes prior to me closing on my property.  I spoke with and traded emails with Diane Sloan on several occassions, she assured me the taxes would be paid within a week...I have been chasing Visionary Title Company for payment for over 8 months!   Beware of this the Company!!!!!
