House flooded almost 6 months ago auto owners has not payed a dime and is rejecting claim. Dc insurance has not called to help navigate my claim. Have been with dc insurance for 28 years. As long a you pay your premium they are friendly.domzalski has never called me to go over my insurance. Stay away from this place

I've been working with Mike and his team for a few years now, excellent value, excellent service.  They are fast, responsive, and up-front.  They have anticipated my needs based on life changes, and we've been saved because of the changes we made.  I would highly recommend calling Mike Domzalski for your insurance needs!

After 5 years of being a loyal customer.. I was canceled and had to find out in my own.. then the office didn’t reply and follow up as they promised.. leaving me only days to find car insurance.  Very personal when selling.. not so when servicing it’s customers!

Wow. Called looking for a quote and no one responded. When I called back they told me they couldn’t insure my house because it was cluttered ? and didn’t have a banister.  Didn’t bother to give me any info about auto. Nope. Don’t give these people the time of day. Very unprofessional.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Building appears as residence. Parking in be rear.

Great service,and friendly staff!
