I having nothing but positive comments about this facility. I had a great Physician with a terrific staff. There were other departments I've had to visit through the years but also found the staff to be helpful and courteous as well. The location was also very convenient for me.

Open on weekend which is very important. Access to my patient file with General Physician. Great location. Accessibility and attention.

It is unbelievably difficult to make an appointment with Advanced Women's Health. After talking to a person, I'm told to create a login and then call them back, then when I call them back they tell me I need to fill out forms and then FAX them and then call them back. The page won't even load on my phone so I need to find a desktop computer with a printer. I just don't understand why it is so difficult to make an appointment. I will never see an OB/GYN at this rate. What happened to calling and setting an appointment and then showing up early to fill out new forms??

So, I went to the doctor to get some forms filled out--forms I already, basically, filled out, given, it was fact based questions, that required my answers. I was told it was going to be $130ish--the bait. I get there. They asked me to sign a waiver that gives them a blank check to charge me anything they deem fit. I told them, I want to know what they will bill me for, before being charged. They told me, I had to sign the waiver to see the doctor. Then, they told me it was going to be $198, instead of the $130 I was promised--the switch. I told them no and I won't be coming back, after years of being a loyal customer. The receptionist said "Sorry." I told her that her apology doesn't mean anything, given she was enabling this behavior. I asked for my forms and I left.

I don't know Tara. But Tara isn't well. I know this because I get calls about her Meds, Doctor's Appointments and Specialists several times a month..That's because Desert Oasis keeps calling me even though I have told them several times, I'm not Tara. But I know all about Tara' and her medical conditions. There should be a law against that. Oh wait...
