If I could give this place zero stars I would. I made a booking for the spring back in the winter time and had to cancel due to unforseen and unfortunate circumstances. I tried to make this cancellation 6 weeks in advance.  And apparently an employee that no longer even works there gave me completely false information. So because of this I cannot get my money back.  Their employee made a Mistake and the customer is paying for it. I asked if this was a requirement or just business policy, and they said it is just business policy. So apparently it is business policy to rob people blind. Also my partner currently lives there and has had his clothes stolen twice and is always dealing with constantly broken washing machines. Do not park here it'll waste your wallet.

Great stay for one night. The staff were very friendly. The sites were in great condition and easy to navigate. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Phoenix area.

We loved living here. Stayed for one year and i really can't think of anything negative about our experience other than some washers being down in the laundry room occasionally, but they ended up fixing and/or replacing them. Awesome heated pool and nice sized hot tub.

Not bad, they are one of the few parks that allow dogs. From my understanding they changed owners a few months ago but they have failed to update their website, sitemap, and policies. The park is not purple and there is no putting area and no basketball court. The park is still pretty good we were just a little upset about the information on the website not being accurate when we got here. For us snowbirds who book in advance and are unable to visit the parks in person before we arrive it would be nice to have accurate info on the website. Sites are pretty tight, the internet is pretty bad and they make you pay for it if you want to use more than 500mb. But for those who have dogs it is a pretty good place. It’s also one of the cheaper ones in the Phoenix area that include a pool and workout equipment.
