These people party harder than any Young college kids I know and they pick up after themselves it's great here 10 out of 10... But don't come here expecting a five-star Resort it's an RV resort for goodness sakes it's awesome for an RV Resort better than awesome. Community acts like a true Community something that's been long lost in American culture they have grabbed a small slice of it here good for them

This is a nice park as long as you understand the RV sites are all intertwined with mobile homes sites. The few people we met in our short stay that live here were very nice. How did this development end up this way? This is NOT an RV park... not sure what it is... good or bad ... but NOT an RV park.

I found this place online and was happy to see that it was a nice well kept park. Myself and my husband wanted to move in for 3mo-1yr. Everything online looked great and we went in to talk to them and that is when they decided to tell us about an age limit. 

Now I get it that you don’t want loud, disruptive tenants BUT my husband is 37, I am 24. No kids, No pets. We work in IT and are rarely home, why bring a magic age of 42 changes who will be at your park is ridiculous. At least let us try or give restrictions before immediately saying no your 5 years too young.

The attendant was not friendly about it and I still can’t get over that it was no where online that indicated an age requirement. I would have no issue it if was advertised in an open way.

Well keeped Park with permenat mobile homes, and moter homes and trailers intertwined.
Very friendly people ready to party.
Park has pool,hot tub, exercise room,card room, Internet room,pool room,dog runs,and dances plays along with other events.
My wife and I stayed here last year for two months, and bought park model before leaving so we are here for five months this year.
Would like to meet you here.
