Great bank, the service is great and the stuff is more than willing to help. Will definitely recommend for any one who needs french services or Canadian money!!

Terrible service, they lost all my documents (they asked for hundreds of pages) for a mortgage, then it took months to complete the processing (what should of be considered as a very simple file). 

Then I asked for money exchange to Euro but they aswered me they cound't do it!! Finaly I spoke with somebody else and the could BUT, as the market exchange rate was going down, there's was going up!??? They could't give me a reasonable reason, all they could say is that, that's what there computer says!!! I spoke with the general manager and she was arrogant and didn't give a sh.... she was no better than the tellers and some people from the mortgage department. TERRIBLE STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERCICE. STAY AWAY!
