Always terrible lines. Always long wait. And the business division doesn’t care unless you are a large account. I even quit banking with BoA because the only friendly AND helpful at the same time branches I happened to visit are far from this area.

The staff is phenomenal, especially the manager. She's always running around trying to help everyone with a smile. I think her name is Atonide. They need more tellers but the ladies at the desk always try and help me at the ATM, I'm too old to do anything on my phone. The manager really change this  around, the people are so much happier. I've been banking here since 86 and I must I love everyone there.

Have fun waiting forever here and Darlena IS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE IS RUDE! Cancelling our credit cards now from B.O.A because of her and the 1+ hour wait and then she didnt care

The most slowly service ever. There were 14 people in file, and just 2 tellers. Can you believe that? Go to a different office or choose a different bank.

I waited for a long time in line to cash two checks. I had to wait in line because my ATM had expired. Friday afternoon the first Friday of the month-- busy location. - two tellers only

I asked for another ATM card and the manager wanted me to wait in a second line projected at 45 minutes. 

Antoida was the managers name. She was too. Yay multi tasking to complete any of the issues she was mishandling 

Bank of America Hallandale provides lousy service.  

They used to offer "preferred client" services when they were at least providing some customers with service--- now everyone is treated equally poorly.
