Genese. Remember that cashier lady. Very rude, very fake, very unprofessional. She works at the customer service to serve my needs. I went there not for her needs. So my mistake was - I did not say hi, as I was nervous depositing the check for my business knowing only the account number (first time doing that). She had a face expressing how much she hates that job and how much she hates people. So rude,  she was talking to me like I am a trash. Literally without letting me say anything she was like “Anythin else? No, have a WONDERFUL day, bye.” Horrible. Definitely will advise my boss to leave WF and look for another bank that treats people right. When I left there the only thing was on my mind as such a b*** and right next second im writing that review. Again - horrible, disgusting experience. never go back

My owner deposit a money order at a Wells Fargo without signature he get the money, after 30 days of investigation Western Union says that my funds are in Well Fargo, the owner said to me he never cashed tjose money order 1400 dollares, he vame to my house and he get another 1400 dollares for July
Now he sends his mother yo colect August and he try to evit me
How can Well Fargo deals with that

As somene who is not from around here i stopped in just to get a temporary debit card and have been waiting to be seen for over 45 minutes. Numerous people have come and been seen after i have been waiting. When i walked in there was no sign in sheet and had to ask the lady holding the sign in sheet to put my information down to be seen. It should not take this long. Only 3 out of 12 desks have people working and the line for the tellers is full.. This is not how a bank should operate espically knowing a holiday is on monday.
