Been going to Dial-a-Tire for over 15 years for tires and routine car maintenance. Honest, reasonable prices and work well done every time. Wade's a great guy.

Road debris blew a tire on my dually. They replaced the tire the next day while I was visiting friends. A job well done.

After spending over 900 dollars to fix issues that needed to be done for inspection, there is still a loud clunking noise. My wipers, which were ripped before bringing it in, were not replaced. Shoddy work guys. Go to a more professional mechanic and save yourself from getting a headache, as well as inevitably needing to go get more work done that Dial a Tire missed.

My family and I have been going to Dial-a-Tire for several years and will never be going back. I looked through all the receipts from Dial-a-Tire, and realized I was charged for labor that was never performed on my car. First, was back in 2011 when Wade, owner of Dial-a-Tire, charged me $44.26 for ‘No repair – took car for test drive, loud tires.’ This was the note on the receipt I was given. In 2012, I brought in my Ford in because I noticed a loud sound when driving; I explained that the sound has gotten louder as the days have gone on. When I picked up my car, I was charged $80.96 for a loose lug nut. Looking back, I remember being thankful, it was not anything big; repair or cost wise. Not thinking, that is a lot of money for something so simple. In November of 2013, I had to get new tires on my 2005 Escape and of course brought my car to Dial-a-Tire to have the work done. I got four new Firestone tires; since the SUV was all wheel drive, that cost me $640.72, I had no issues with paying that price. Then in July of 2014, nine months later I bring my car back in as I am hearing a loud sound when going over bumps. Come to find out my right rear passenger wheel well completely corroded through. I was charged $53.97 for someone to see a hole over a foot long in my wheel well and to tell me the sound was coming from my shock tower that was loose which was hitting the inside of my car. I feel as though I was taken advantage of every time I brought in my car to Dial-a-Tire and hope for anyone reading this will find a new mechanic and will never have their car serviced at Dial-a-Tire. Wade and his mechanics failed to inform me of the rust when they put on my new tires nine months prior. As well as, charging their customers for minimal labor that was performed. Honest mechanics, very friendly. Trustworthy. They explain what's wrong and repair in the most cost-effective way possible. They don't replace parts that can be repaired. One time I had a nearly-dead battery, and I called these guys to see if they could help me immediately if I could get the car to them. When I got there, they quickly tested the battery to make sure it couldn't be recharged, then swapped in a new one without ever even pulling the car into a bay. It was like a pit stop, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Really helpful, fair prices, a great local business.
