New to Fairport, and nearly an hr away now from my go-to mechanic, I was looking for someone reputable and affordable. Rytek was everything I needed and more! They were flexible with fitting me in last minute, personable and transparent. I've never had someone walk through an inspection with me as thorough as they did. They suggested repairs for the future, but didn't pressure me into getting them fixed right away. Great first experience! Highly recommended.

The people are very friendly and so helpful! They are very honest with you about everything up front. They are extremely reasonable, only charged me $22 to put all my snow tires on and Munro muffler wanted to charge me $80 to do the same job. They are quick, efficient, and do great work. 10/10 would recommend taking your business here!!

I have taken my Silverado to have general service and inspections done in the past but will not be returning. I always leave with a laundry list of "to-dos" that are well over $1500 total each. I asked them to check my rear drums to see if they would pass inspection, they noted that they were extremely low and I should also consider replacing the rear axle seals quoted between $700-900 (along with multiple other things I should consider repairing). I had the inspection done elsewhere without any issues. Avoid Rytek unless you want costly repairs that are not necessary.

They took my oil change appointment with fairly short notice and got the job done in a timely professional manner.

I have been very pleased with the service I have received since switching to Rytek Auto.  The guys there are always friendly and helpful, and my vehicle is taken care of promptly, as discussed and on time.  I also have found that Mike is great at answering my questions in a way that I can understand.
