Anh is a sweetheart, i come out of my way to get my hair cut by her. She always does a wonderful job at an affordable rate and is always so joyous whole she goes about her work. I highly recommend you stop by here instead of somewhere else commercial like Supercuts!

I had a horrible experience!! 
Although I was threatened not to share pictures or the experience of the job they did by the stylist "Ann" and the "owner", i feel I must share to help people avoid this situation. 

At first the lady seemed nice and all but the work she did on me was HORRIBLE.  

I went in not knowing about hair at all, which is why I went to a "professional". 
I walked in with a darker brown (with red tone) color. I ASKED her "Can you do this on my hair"? 
Referring to a sliver/ash blonde style. 
She said YES. I asked if it'd be hard or take a lot, and she said NO, "Maybe a couple hours". Maybe that should've been a red flag but i trusted her. 
Well she bleached my hair once and it was orange!! I told her that was NOT what i wanted so she asked if i wanted it "lighter" so i said not necessarily lighter but the tone was way off. So she said shed use more powder and I ASKED "WONT THAT DAMAGE MY HAIR??" SHE SAID "NO I USE A GOOD POWDER"
So she did it again and she really left me with the foils under th HEAT AGAIN for a very long time... WHILE SHE EXERCISED!! 
after a while she removed the foils and my hair was severely damaged!! Sooo stringy and FALLING APART!! 
She got very defensive when I began to question  why my hair was like that, she just kept telling me to not touch it and to look forward while she blow dried it. So I got very nervous and upset and told her to stop because my hair looked horrible so i asked her to please fix it. 
She said THERE WAS NOTHING TO FIX that thats the best she could do although it was not even close to what i wanted. 
THAT'S when she decided to explain the process and said that it was "not possible to get the look i wanted considering the color i had before".... when she had already messed with my hair for 7 HOURS AND RUINED IT!!! 
I asked her to call the owner, they wanted to dye my hair black and STILL wanted to charge me for ruining my hair. Owner eventually said I could just leave. The stylist, "Ann", demanded u deleted all the pictures I had taken of the work SHE DID ON ME or they would report me to the police, the "owner" (on the phone) backed her up   but i refused so "Ann" called the police on me (who sided with me through the phone and never actually showed). No, I did not pay the amount they were charging me but my hair is now ruined and no one took responsibility for that, nor can it be reversed.
