I have been getting my nails done here for over 10 years. my mom brought me here when i was a little girl, both my mom and I go here all the time, I tell all my friends to come here! this is my favorite place to get my nails done! the girl who usually does my nails, Anna, is the best! 
they have been closed for a while due to a fire, does anyone know if they are open again?

I have been coming here since before I had my kids. They are definitely like family. And the person, Chuck H. Who commented about infected nails and blah blah, is a liar. I was there. Watched the whole thing! And Susan said your gf was a first time customer who wanted to try acrylics when she came in 6 weeks before to get those nails done. Then she comes in telling her to take them off because now they are hurting. Of course she is going to charge to take them off. It had been 6 weeks. If they hurt when she first put them on and asked for them to come off, she wouldn't  have been charged. There was also no infection on her nails, and susan filed, oiled and massaged her hands after the a rylics were off and her nails looked very healthy. (I know because I was sitting in the chair right next to her) His girlfriend was super rude and disrespectful when she pretended to find out and pretended to be shocked they asked her to pay. She started calling Susan names and threatening her. Susan just wanted her out of the store if she wont pay, said she hopes she has a merry Christmas and that she will never have to pay for it, but please never come back. I honestly was afraid for Susan because she is a smaller woman and the other woman was so much bigger than her..oh, and Chuck H. Never came into the shop but once to ask if she was almost done. Anyway, Susan and Sarah nails is an amazing place!!!!

I won't go anywhere else. I love all the ladies that work here, They're all amazing and so sweet. Even when they have to put up with rude/ungrateful customers, they are always respectful to their customers. No matter how busy they are, they always do such an amazing thorough job with everything they offer here. Not to mention their prices are fantastic.

My girlfriend loved this place until three weeks ago she got an acrylic set here and the main lady who works or owns this place did her nails. A few weeks later my gfs real nails started hurting. We go in and tell the lady to take them off. She says no problem. We wait 1 hour and 30 mins. Finally we get them off and two of my gfs nails are infected. The lady then told us to pay. For what we asked? ALL YOU DID WAS SOAK THEM IN NAIL POLISH REMOVER AND NAIL CLIP THEM OFF!!!  shr said yeah you pay To take them off she said. We refused to pay for the pain and infection she caused my gf. We leave and she chased us out the door. Yelling and screaming attacking our car. This lady is crazy and a shady business owner. I cannot believe she tried to charge my gf for taking off  her nails. THEY WERE INFECTED!!!

I love this place! They always do a wonderful job on my natural nails and give a paraffin wax on my hands at no extra charge. The prices are good and everyone is always an absolute delight. Since I moved to fircrest I haven't thought of going anywhere else. Would recommend this salon without a doubt!
