My husband purchased my engagement ring here in 2007. The staff is amazing and the quality of the diamonds is like no other! The prices are reasonable as well. They contact me every year to remind me to have my ring cleaned and tightened and do this at no cost! My husband has purchased several other amazing jewelry pieces here for me since then all of amazing quality. I highly recommend the Diamond House in Scottsdale!

My husband and I got my engagement/wedding band set at Diamond house and we love it. Everywhere I go people stop me and compliment me on my ring. Laurie our consultant was amazing to work with. She patiently helped us design and achieve the perfect look we were going for at the right price. They call and remind me to bring my ring in to have it cleaned every 6 month. The owners of Diamond House will become part of your extended family.

Customer Service was the very best! They were knowledge, friendly, not pushy whatsoever, great follow-up. We shopped around. They were of superior service, pricing and caring.

My husband bought my engagement ring here. We looked at several places and really liked a setting that we saw at another place, but felt a bit hounded by sales people. Diamond House was probably one of the only places that didn't try to pressure us before we left (he's not going to buy it in front of me anyway!). They worked with him and got him something that he loved. Josh even drove to his work place to deliver the final piece, so he'd have it before we went on our trip! Amazing customer service and I love that they continue to service the ring. The new location is very convenient!

Gabby and Betty and the entire staff were wonderful. We went in with many different needs from purchasing a new setting for my diamond, to buying a pendant to put my Mother's diamond in so I could always have her close to me to having to have a ring on my finger cutoff because I had somehow caught the ring and bent it and I could not get the ring off to my final request of getting a replacement cubic zirconia for a costume ring. All of our requests were met with politeness and understanding of our situation and what we could spend. They made us feel very special in their store in a beautiful location in North Scottsdale. Whether you have a thousand dollars to spend or many thousands to spend they will treat you with respect and kindness. Thank you for everything, we will definitely spread the word and we will for sure be back!
