The staff were so caring and helpful! There was no high-pressure sales pitch, but involvement in my choice of jewelry, with all the emotions and excitement that goes with it. The jewelry was diverse with a really great selection, and beautifully displayed. The prices were very fair, and I left feeling I got a great value from a solid company, and genuine people who made me feel good about my purchase. I had a great experience in the Scottsdale and Shea London Gold store. I will definitely return.

Mark and Sharon were both very kind helpful and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the jewelry business. I am very pleased with my new items and also glad that they were helpful with some repair work. One of the the other thing that really impressed me was that the store environment is beautiful and has comfortable cushioned benches to sit down while they served me and helped me. This might not seem like an important thing to some people but I appreciated this courtesy as well as not being rushed in and out. All of the other stores my husband and I checked out had many people that we could tell were not as well versed on jewelry and were far less accommodating. If you are seriously looking for professionals then the Scottsdale store and Mark and Sharon are the best!

Terrific no pressure experience. Our sales lady, Orly was patient and gracious and helpful in narrowing our choices down to a final decision. I would definitely be a repeat customer. All my jewelry will come from here! Excellent prices. Excellent service.

Orly and the entire staff made me feel welcomed from the first time I stepped in to the store and throughout the entire process of shopping for the perfect engagement ring. They seemed to share in my excitement of purchasing an engagement ring and helped me to stay within my budget. We even went back to pick out our bands and my wedding ring. I definitely plan on seeing Orly and the London Gold team the next time I have the occasion.

I love my new wedding diamond setting! Mark did a fabulous job helping me determine what I liked! I appreciate the work that went into the beautiful design! We created a piece of art to admire every day!
