I first tried to use a national diamond broker but they wanted me to pay for the stone in full prior to even seeing it.  It was beginning to get complicated until I made a call to Diamond-Vault.  I was able to purchase the exact same stone and was afforded the ability to inspect it prior to purchase with no money out of pocket.  I also obtained the stone for the exact same cost.  Thank you , Diamond Vault!

The Diamond Vault gets 5 Stars!  Their jewelry work is professional, reasonable ($), and most important, honest.  Oren was outstanding.  He took the time to explain everything in detail and even recommended not doing some things that other jewelry stores would gladly do and just take your money.  If you want to buy precious jewelry or have your jewelry reset or repaired, go to the Diamond Vault.  They are the best in Phoenix.

I went to the Diamond Vault to get my engagement ring. I really enjoyed the whole experience, and never felt pressured to spend outside of what I was comfortable with. Oren was awesome to work with. He was patient and really helped me flesh out the design I was looking for. The whole process from design to finish was smooth and timely. My fiancé loves her ring and we will certainly be going back for our wedding bands. Great customer service, excellent pricing, and fun experience!

Oren and the team were amazing. They listened to what I wanted, ordered several different diamonds for me to look at, gave me some ideas regarding the ring and the final product was out of this world. The ring is a show stopper, everyone that’s seen it is in love it!

My fiance and I just picked up our custom designed engagement ring after working with Oren at The Diamond Vault. I can't say enough wonderful things about the process. Not only is Oren extremely friendly and professional, but he was patient while we asked many questions and threw around a lot of ideas while we were coming up with the perfect ring design. He had great suggestions and is very knowledgable in the science behind diamonds and jewelry elements and how they work together to create a piece that will last a lifetime. We were extremely impressed throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured, and I can't thank him enough for creating the most beautiful ring that I get to call my own. Looking forward to coming back in a few months to design my wedding band. Thanks Oren!
