We stayed in the Scenic Ridge cabin and the view was amazing!  The cabin was very clean when we arrived and I loved the decorations!!  We told them on the phone we would like one with a great view of the Smokies and they delivered with this cabin-we loved it!!! Never had any issues so I never got to talk to them again, but they were very nice on the phone when booking.  The directions to the cabin were perfect.  (Just an FYI, we had 0 problems with our GPS there-it worked great!)  Hot tub was great!  We will definitely go through Diamond Mountain again when we come back.  Thank you!!!

Beautiful view. Great cabin.  (This is it!) cabin's name. The cabin had that comfy feel. When we got there, the fireplaces and some of the lights were on for us, since we got there late. Very welcoming. Wide streets getting there. Close to everything even though address of our cabin was Sevierville. Great customer service as well. I will surely  be using them again in the near future. Just a side note. You can get your groceries delivered before you get there by Smoky Mountain Grocery. They are amazing. Best thing ever.

Tina Marie: it's a very nice spacious cabin. Roads and Driveway to it are very very steep. Following the written directions they gave us was better than Google  navigation. It's a cabin on a mountain and is as should be expected. Although it would not pass a "white glove" test it was clean and tidy. It is a very short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed our time there very much.

I am a 3X repeat customer and my experience is always amazing! The cabins are always nice and clean and the views are spectacular. The staff is always helpful before, during, and after the stay. The prices are always affordable. My latest stay on March 10, 2017 was just as great as previous year. I look forward to my trip next year in 2018.

THESE PEOPLE KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We had a disaster with another local rental agency. They gloated about being chosen Pigeon Forges #1 rental agency. That's beyond laughable. It makes me question who can vote...

Anyway, after a really tough night in an unsafe and unhealthy cabin I called DM rentals on the off chance that they might have something available in peak season for the remainder of our stay. These folks restored my faith in humanity. We rented "Valentine" out on the river. I'm going to give you a heads up...it's not new...it's not "luxurious"...but what it was was clean and the most peaceful setting you could imagine. God had his hand in this one! We were ready to pack back up in the car (just ourselves, we never unpacked the bags due to the pills laying around, dirt, suspected dog poo on the floor, clumps of hair hanging on the walls, exposed nails in the headboard, literally piles of dust, and enough dead Bugs to satisfy an entire 7th grade class with their bug projects for the year)  but we didn't. We took a chance and I'm so thankful we did. The people at DM rentals were sympathetic to our plight and went above and beyond to make our stay in The Smokies an enjoyable one. The owner even stopped by to make sure we had what we needed. You can't beat that!! I would recommend this cabin, owner, rental agency time and time again. We saw a lot of newer, "nicer" cabins on our drive out of town but I wouldn't trade the hospitality we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making a bad situation not only good but great! If I have my way I'll vote you #1. You deserve it!!!
