We have rented from Elk Springs Resort in the past and have an upcoming rental there this spring.  The cabins are beautiful and customer service is top notch.  Today I wanted to give a special shout out to Judy who answers the phones.  She is a gem they should definitely hang on to.  She made the wait on the phone to deal with scheduling issue with our upcoming rental incredibly pleasant, like talking to an wonderful old friend.  Nice work!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin. Our family favorite was the movie theater room! The cabin was beautiful and we enjoyed all of the amenities! The sauna, jetted tubes and rain showers were awesome! The cabin had beautiful views! Elk Springs Resort staff were super friendly and reached out to us to make sure all of our needs were met! I will gladly  stay with them on our next visit!

We had to cut our trip short because of frozen pipes but I have to say the customer service is really good. They sent maintenance out immediately to unfreeze the pipes for us. 
Cabin was very clean and the location was awesome. Every time I called the customer service reps they were super nice. Definitely going back.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cabin! Perfect for our weekend getaway! The location, the cabin and amenities was just what we needed; all that we could ask for! We will definitely book again soon!

We could not have had a nicer cabin, the staff at Elk Springs were more than helpful. We spent Christmas there and it was wonderful, we will be going back soon.  The cabin we stayed in was clean, comfortable, well stocked with everything we needed and close to all the area attractions.  I have not had a better experience than this one, everyone was just thrilled with the accomodations it was even decorated with a tree, stockings and wreaths. What a pleasant surprise and a wonderful holiday we had!! Thank you Elk Springs Resorts!!
