Love to stay in 110 and 112. Easy access to pool and hot tub areas with sun and shade; lovely welcoming units with beautiful decor and luxurious beds. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Pancake Pantry and The Village shops which includes the Donut Friar; maybe 10 minute walk to the Aquarium, and less than that to board Anakeesta. I stayed here in January and March, and I'm going back in June.

The condos are super nice with everything you need.  The location is descent to downtown, just a bit of a walk.  The only issue i had was that my son and i had bedbugs in our unit while we were there.  Having never experienced them before, it took till the day we checked out to realize what was happening.  They did confirm that the unit in fact had them, but have been not so accommodating in providing what i feel is a descent reimbursement/compensation for our stay.  They offered me an amount towards my next stay which may or may not even cover one night (and i would still have a three night minimum stay).  No thanks.

Clean rooms, close to downtown, pool, and very quiet. There's no manager or staff after hours which can be a pain, but overall it's a great place.

I have been doing maintenance for this building for almost 4yrs. Nice staff. Nice place to stay in the heart of Gatlinburg TN.

Beautiful clean and friendly Church Bells Ringing Birds Singing creek runs through beautiful view walk out of room into Beautiful Gatlinburg sites and sounds
