My Employer purchased a custom bedroom set in Nov 2015, Still have not received the missing side rails and footboard promised over and over by Mary and here we are almost 2 years later and still no missing pieces nor any correspondence from Mary also, Left numerous messages and she NEVER responds, This company should be closed down, took thousands of dollars for the bedroom furniture that we can't use. They always play stupid when we call Mary promises every month it will be here and still no missing pieces. I will be taking legal action, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A SINGLE THING. I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STAR AT ALL THEY NEED TO PIT A NEGATIVE STAR RATING!!! MY DOCTOR IS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I GAVE THEM 1500.00 FOR A PIECE I WAS PROMISED MONTHS AGO. IVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR THE OWNER, MARY TO CALL ME BACK (WHO WAS VERY NICE UP UNTIL SHE GOT MY MONEY) NOW SHES A GHOST, NEVER HEAR FROM HER, LEFT MESSAGES, EMAILS, YOU NAME IT. HER SALES PERSON HAS NOW TOLD ME 2 DAYS AGO MY PIECE WONT BE IN UNTIL 2018, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS. THEY HAVE MANY MANY EXCUSES WHEN YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO CATCH THEM ANSWERING THE PHONE. THEY HAVE AN F RATING ON THE BBB, SO IT WAS MY FAULT I DIDNT CHECK THAT. STILL NO CALL BACK FROM MARY..NOW IM DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY LEGALLY. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK AND MAKE SURE THEY DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANOTHER CONSUMER!
