This was my 3rd time going into Mattress Firm within the past week and each time I dealt with a different sales associate. Each associate was knowledgable about not only their products, but competitors products. I do want to admit, that I made a purchase from Mattress Firm, found another mattress somewhere else (big box store), then returned to Mattress Firm to cancel my order. Needless to say, I left with a new and better mattress, a feeling of security/comfort, and a reason to write a review.

I purchased a beautyrest vinings plush queen for my daughter and a king for myself. My daughters mattress is perfect..plush and comfy. My king size mattress is HORRIBLE. HARD FIRM AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL BE GETTING A REFUND AND GOING TO BEDZZZ EXPRESS TO GET A SEALY MIDDLESBORO PLUSH EURO PILLOW TOP FOR $550 CHEAPER!!!!!!!!!!
