Very poor customer service over the phone. I ordered same day delivery and when asking about time of delivery they responded with horrible attitude. For the price you pay, you should get better treatment from Diamond's FLowers. 120 dollars for 12 roses to be delivered!

Whenever I want flowers I go Diamond's Flowers. In fact, i would go out of my way to go there. Wonderful selection, fantastic owners, and spectacular arrangements. Service is always with a smile.

What is this florists problem? The lady I talked to barely spoke English and she spoke like she just woke up? But after about 30 minutes talking on the phone, I still ordered flowers and when it arrived it wasn't even beautiful. It was ugly af. Unbelievable I spent $100 dollars on a bouquet and I get what looked like it came from walmart. Buy somewhere else. I would not recommend this florist to anyone.

My Aunt just sent me a picture of her birthday flowers, and they are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! More beautiful than the online pictures!!!!! When I called Diamonds, the young lady was very helpful and kind. My overall experience was excellent without 1 complaint. Thank You Diamonds!!!!!
