I like the fact that Heinen's has a great variety of food to choose from. I used coupons for Enlightened ice cream with no problem. I just wish they would have carried other Enlightened products as well. Also the shelves we're well stocked and the store was clean. The sales associates were very helpful.

Heinens is the best overall retail grocery store in the Cleveland area. The quality and variety of products is the main attraction. The friendly and helpful staff makes shopping easy. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The organic and wellness options are extensive. The prepared foods section is of high end restaurant quality and the bakery is to die for. I don't shop anywhere else for fresh foods.

As far as high-end grocery chains go, this one's alright. While their prices are somewhat steep, you can find a great selection of unique foods, and locally grown produce. Their donuts are amazing, especially if you get their early in the morning. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help.

I like Heinens market... They are moderately to expensive priced. They do have a lot to offer and they are the only full grocery I know of in the area

This is a wonderful place to shop 100% experience- please go there!! DiMario was a great Customer servicing person there!! Just remarkable. Chagrin\Lee Shaker Location.
