Anne, the proprietor of this floral shop, is a genuinely sweet and kind person and makes the buying process a pleasure. I recently placed an order for a funeral and the arrangement was due the next morning for the wake. Everything arrived in order looking and smelling lovely. I plan to purchase from Alexander's Floral Designs again under less somber circumstances. Thank you Anne.

I had a wrong address when sending flowers- forgot my friend moved to the west side of Cleveland- Anne was super helpful and they were able to get my flowers out to her! Apparently they can deliver to anywhere in the greater Cleveland area. Thanks for you help Anne!

Wonderful customer service. I live out of town and the person who worked with me went out of their way to deliver a hospital arrangement in a timely manner. Thank you!

Live in West Virginia. Picked them because they are highly rated AND were open early on a Saturday morning! My sister sent a photo of the flowers from her hospital room and they were perfect! Thank you for easing my mind and getting a beautiful basket to her the same day!

I live out of state and ordered online for delivery in Shaker. They were prompt in informing me my payment did not go through. It was quickly resolved and flowers were delivered less than 2 hours later! Thank you, Alexander's!
