Everyone was cordial, efficient and a pleasure to deal with.  We were in and out with the purchase of an exquisitely beautiful gown for a masquerade ball in Maryland.  The store was not pretentious, but lovely.The young lady who selected the dresses picked out exactly what we were looking for.  Everyone was extremely responsive to our wishes.  A beautifully run business!  I would highly recommend DIane and Co.  twenty-five minutes of a wonderful experience!

So rude!!!  You have to have a parent with you to even get a chance to try dresses on.  One child one parent,  so even if your the parent of 2 kids, you might not get a chance to try on.  It was a 45 min wait and can't try on dresses unless someone helps you.  Not allowed to do a lot of things apparently when looking for a dress.

This place isn't even worth giving a star. What a HORRIBLE experience this weekend when I came in to look for mother of the bride dress. Coming from afar and being in the area, I called asking if we could come in even though we didn't have an appointment. A very nice woman answered the phone saying "Sure, all walk-ins are welcome. Come on in!" And when we arrived we were told it would be an hour wait. Would have been nice if that was told to us on the phone. Also, when we did arrive, we were shoved into this little area in the front of the store with about 20 other people—with no place to even sit. But we were fine with waiting as long as it was worth it. Well, it was NOT. Once we actually got in with our consultant, we told her what we liked and she refused to let us even touch a dress. She went into this back, dingy storage room for about 15 minutes and came out with 4 HIDEOUS dresses. They were nowhere near the style or even in the color that we told her we were looking for. She REFUSED to let us browse for our own dress and pretty much said they are NOT a "mother of the bride" store. So overall, we drove 45 minutes, waited an hour and didn't try on one dress. This "one-to-one" service they promote is absolute garbage and obviously isn't working, so maybe Diane & Co. you need to rethink your strategy. Not to mention, the woman Chrissy at the front desk was rude and condescending. We walked out of the store crying. Thanks for making what was supposed to be a wonderful, happy time one of the worst. Luckily your competitor Castle Couture was AMAZING and pulled through for us the same day. Maybe you should take some pointers from them. ;-) DO NOT GO HERE LADIES!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE STORE!

Great selection of prom dresses in April!!!  Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient!  Prices are reasonable and everyone was so helpful and honest!! No one was pushy.  Took the time to find out what style and colors we were interested in and did not bring dresses to try on that were not for my daughters body type.  Ended up with 3 dresses she loved and they were very patient with helping her figure out which dress was "the one".   Highly recommend this store over castle couture!!!!

This place sucks!! People are very rude, one young teen was told, that they (sales help) are not there to play dress up with her.
I was followed around the small area of the store, was told not to touch the dress, and that I need an appointmentto try things on.
That someone will help me find a style.
I am a grown women, I know how to handle clothes and know what I like.
Too bad the service is rude, I came in with wanting a dress I saw in the window, but I guess I will take my business else.
