Never had any issues buying pet supplies or utilizing the pet clinics. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Side note to perspective pet owners... do your homework BEFORE you try to adopt. Not all pets will “fit” due to space, type of past abuse an animal may have endured, medical needs, factual home ownership ( meaning if you rent, the landlord MUST give written approval ), etc. Adoption is a full time responsibility. Maybe volunteering would be better.

What can I say about Diane's Pets, there is a reason they are voted BEST pet store around! I don't have anything bad to say about this place, the ladies are all friendly and great! Always willing to help in any way they can, prices are fair and even beat out the box stores in a lot of things, ALL the animals are well loved and taken care of. What more can you ask for from a pet store?

I usually never post any kind of reviews but I feel compelled to post about the experience I had here.  After reading the reviews online, I was extremely disappointed by the experience I had here.   I did not feel a positive vibe at all from the staff and felt they had a very negative attitude towards me when I asked about a certain dog there.  As an animal adoption center, I would expect the staff to take a little more interest in someone who only wants to give a dog a loving, comfortable home. Perhaps it was a simple a breakdown in communication, but it truly made me feel terrible.  I only say this because if it were my store and someone felt like this after leaving, I would want to know so I could take proper action to ensure this did not happen in the future.

Diane's has a wide selection of the best pet foods and supplies. It also manages a successful dog & cat adoption center and offers inexpensive rabies shots monthly. 

If you are looking for ID tags or any tag w/info about your pet, this is the place to go. Diane's deals with a guy that makes deeply etched stainless steel tags for $7. We got a couple for our last dog and they were still legible after 12 years of scratching. Compare this to what's on Amazon--costs twice as much and people complain the tags are toast after 6 months.

Negatives:
1. Small, cramped parking lot coupled with very difficult access back onto to PA 100 (due to traffic).
2. Shop is cramped.
3. Sales people always seem overwhelmed and can be rude.

They were so rude on the phone. Accusing me of not taking care of my dog. It’s my choice weather I want to get my dog spayed or not. The lady told me since I didn’t get my dog spayed I could not take care of another dog. My dog is taken care of so well. She’s our baby. She all her shots and eats the best food. She does not know me or my income. This was so disrespectful and I will not work with them ever again.
