I have been going to Ardmore Petco Grooming for 7 years. I just waited almost a month for my appointment. Today I called to tell them o was running 10 minutes late for a 10am appointment. They said actually your appointment was at 9:30 so we can't take you at 10:10. I was livid. 7 years!! I've been going to them for 7 years. I know they could have adjusted there schedule because I always drop her in the morning and they never have her done until after 2. Anyway, I will never go back and I already have another appointment at a place that doesn't cage the dogs.

It's been 15 minutes so far that the phone has been ringing for Customer Service. It just disconnected me. I purchased bulk dog treats today and got home to find BUGS in the BAG. Will now have to travel 20 minutes to o back to the store TREATS.

Shout out to Alicia, the master groomer for providing such great service and grooming to my Westie.  Expert level of knowledge of dogs.  She did a fantastic job!
