Coming from a current employee; this place is horrible. Management doesn't care about their employees, only those who kiss their butt and suck up to them. Management also only cares about their numbers (sales, surveys, credit cards, etc). Obviously, if those numbers are good, they look good to their bosses. Surveys are bullcrap since management gets bonuses off them which is why they're always pushing for customers to do them!! However, the employees don't get anything, but a little pin to put on their lanyard. This place needs a whole new management team and certain employees as well.

Bad right from the start. Workers were super rude. The womens bathroom was disgusting. And had obviously not been cleaned in a while. Plus a bloody tampon was hanging out of waste can. I stopped a manager to quietly say the restroom needed attention. And manager replyed that "it was not dirty an hour ago...people are gross" and walked away from me. Also CO2 tank is broken. And they were also harrassing my husband for trying on shoes.

Looking for football gloves, they were miss marked however they gave them to me at the lower cost.  Great way to do business

Terrible customer service. Their "loyalty" program is just an excuse to send you spam. In-store selection is absolutely basic except for at the start of a given season.
