Today my wife and I came here to "mattress firm" in puyallup desperate to find a solution to the lack of comfort and sleep due to our current mattress. We were greeted by "Cindy" a very pleasant sales woman who was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress for us! We left happy with a new queen set and possibly the most expensive pillows ever.But very comfortable. Thanks Cindy!!!

Shelly was SO helpful and answered all of our questions. We are extremely pleased with what we received and the comfort we felt in the store. We went in just to look at mattresses and came out with a new mattress/boxspring, protecting pad and new sheets. Can't say enough good things!!

Fantastic customer service! We needed a mattress for our toddler but wanted more than just a "basic" mattress. Sleep Train made it very easy for us by showing us all of the available options, without making us feel pressured to buy. In addition, we were able to save a bundle with their specials. They have one of the best warranties in the business, and made sure to get us a waterproof mattress protector for our potty training toddler (so that we don't void the warranty!)

Went in on a weekday afternoon. There was only 1 person working, I was not greeted when I walked in and had to stand off to the side before the lady asked what she could help me with. I was only there looking for a queen size box spring. She told me that there were none out, but that they could deliver and that she would be with me when she was done. Mind you delivery is $60. I waited with my toddler for 20 min while she worked out financing with a couple. There was still another woman ahead of me and a young man who walked in after me. I finally walked out. I can't believe they only have 1 employee at a store in such a busy location. Horrible.
