Where are your cyber Monday deals? What a joke. All you ever do is manipulate already discounted pricing to PRETEND to show this imaginary savings percentage. You should show the public their true savings percent. Much lower. Folks do yourself a favor and shop online but else where.

Hands down the worst Dick's Sporting Goods, has entirely lost my business. Most of the employees I've deal with know next to nothing about their departments. The firearms transactions can take forever and sometimes they don't even have someone who can put the transaction through. I waited for hours on hold and spoke to numerous managers and not one employee would take the time to help me.  Do NOT go to this store. Hadley employees are much more well informed, don't have to look up every question you ask, are friendlier, and the store is all around better.

Went down to get mens boots from Pittsfield got to the West Springfield store so disappointing tbere was absolutely no one around to help! I found a button that said,:need help" From there i waited to be even more disappointed by the lack of knowledknowledge  the guy in the show area had. I asked what Mill the boots were.  His response was,"Whats that: Train your employee's please, customer service is so important! I was in Pittsfield store the day before they didnt have the boots i wanted so i lost out on a 3 hour 15% discount. I am so upset!

Got a very good deals on shoes for me and my wife.  We got lates models Merrill shoes for a awesome price.  And they are so good! After climbing Mt. Washington our legs has no pain. Freandly stuff helped us with shoes and price!

Idiots! Called them, requested FOOTWEAR, was on hold for  25 minutes, asked about the Kyrie 3's....didn't have a clue what I was talking about. My 70 year old mother knows who Kyrie (Irving) is.
