I've been in fishing retail my entire life. What I experienced in your store was completely unsatisfactory. I waited in line with my merchandise, as well as 15 other paying customers. With 17 closed registers, only one opened. I waited for 21 minutes. No apology, thank you, kiss my foot, nothing was said or done about it. A happy customer will tell 3 or 4 on average. An upset customer will tell dozens. I just saying, properly staff your location. Love the store, really upset with the service.

Did not have to wait went right in employees there to help,advise or just answer questions checkout lanes short and checkers swift but always had a smile on face and never failed to ask if you found what you were looking for I Left With Smile On My Face

Two days in a row I have tried coming to this location and give them my business, and twice I've had to leave. The first was no fault of the store but the amount of people coming in to buy Astros gear. So I decided to come back today, just to buy running shoes, and this time I was turned away to stand in a line outside the building even though after looking into the building, there was plenty of room for the 30 people waiting outside. And most people weren't even waiting for Astros gear. They wanted to purchase other items. So needless to say, I am HIGHLY NEGATIVELY reviewing this location. Their way of "managing" the "crowds" today was not the correct course of action. I was coming in with the desire and willingness to spend a few hundred dollars between shoes and clothes today. Now another company will benefit from my money instead. If I could give negative stars, today would be that day. My time was wasted due to either a company or location decision to keep their customers outside when most wanted to purchase items other than Astros gear.

An amazing store combined with Golf Galaxy? and Field and Stream. The facility is wonderful and new and the products are very high quality.
