Great customer service. We walked in they remembered us from 6+ months ago. We were unfortunate and lost everything due to Hurricane Harvey, including our insoles. Our feet have bothered us, since we didn’t have our special insoles anymore. We walked in, they looked us up.. and gave us the pairs we lost in the flood for FREE!! If that doesn’t show they care about their customers, then I don’t know what will. Highly highly reccomend the good feet store clear lake not only for their customer service, but the insoles really are life changing.

I was impacted by hurricane Harvey, lost my insoles that I just purchased 6 months or so ago. My foot pain, back pain, and knee pain came back from not having my insoles anymore. So I walked or should I say hobbled into the clear lake location, where they remembered me and looked me up.. came out with all my insoles. They replaced them for FREE.. The good feet store really changed my life. I couldn't even carry my toddler son because I couldn't walk with out being in pain. I'm thankful for the good feet store, for fixing my feet, I can now carry my kids, pain free.

My husband Bill purchased the 3 step system a year ago and had instant relief from his back and feet pain.  He lost 2 of the 3 inserts in the flood from Harvey.  We went back to the Clearlake store and our sales rep, Terrin, replaced the inserts for free .  This store and product are amazing and their customer service is the best anywhere.

I went in to the store I meet a man name Jeff who was very helpful I've had arch pain from my feet for years of working and walking around Jeff introduce me to the step one support high arch support with in a week I seen a change my feet have never felt so good I'm able to walk and around and work with no pain these people are very helpful and friendly thank you good feet store

I came in crawling in pain and tears. Terrin helped me out with my plantar fasciitis. The supports she tried on me took pressure off of the heel and relieved my pain.
