Worst experience ever. I went in quickly realized the clothing wasn't for me and left. The worker there followed me out of the store and all the way down the mall to stop and tell me he suspected me of taking items from the store. I had one bag from Express so he asked to look through it. I opened it and clearly there wasn't anything there but Express stuff with receipts. Well apparently that wasn't good enough, so I asked to speak to his manager. He told me he was the manager which was a lie. He escorted me back into the store where his manager did not give a damn what happened, did not apologize, did not show any regret. Please save yourself time and skip this store. In fact report anything that happens because these people deserve spotlight on how they treat people. The manager claimed to be Justin Golden, but given how they acted, i doubt he was telling the truth

Friend was accused of stealing even after he showed receipt. Employee who ran after him in the mall were rude and the manager did not even apologize for their mistake. I never did shop there but they lost a customer in my friend.

Best associates ever!! Here's the story: i ordered some stuff online and they respectfully held it for me for about a week and a half. They called me after ever successful delivery and had no problem with waiting for me to pick everything up. They even wrote on the packages for the other associates to see when my other packages came in. I'll most definitely be back again for the next sale:) thanks to Elliott for all your help, I hope I spelled your name correctly!
