I went in to this location with a goal in mind and I was not disappointed. I was looking for a new driver and I came in with a price in mind. Paul in the golf section answered all my questions adequately, gave me professional insight and got me the right club for the right price. I will absolutely be going back to this location's golf section because of the knowledgeable and attentive staff.

Needed help today. Cashier left register and found what I looked for to replace an item purchased months before and wanted same item again. Great service !

I took my NEW bike in for its first standard tune up... later was told that an employee (Todd) was riding my bike in the back of the store after hours, wrecked It, and broke a lot of parts on it including the gear shifters. ~Are you kidding me?~ Was then told everything would be replaced and taken care of with parts of equal or greater quality. MONTHS later, the bike was still un-ridable and given back to me still destroyed and the "parts" of equal or greater value were handed to me in the boxes. I talked to them about how unacceptable this is and was informed they couldn't do anything about it and the employee who wrecked it no longer works there. I called their HR who put me on hold and talked to the managers at this location.... I was then informed by the HR person that they are not going to do anything for me because the managers told them IT WAS LIKE THAT WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN!!!! WOW!

I am disappointed by this store. I am interested in running, cycling, and swimming, and their selections for these categories are minimal. I am very disappointed that the store chain that sponsors a marathon doesn't have a dedicated running section, or at least a somewhat decent selection of running gear. Their focus seems to be team sports and non-sports gear such as selfie sticks (which took away the shelf space from energy gels). The store does have shoes, but I have a hard time finding my style and size in running shoes - both of which I can easily find at other local stores. Now, I am speaking for the men's section when I am speaking about clothing. The ladies section appears to have a better variety of workout clothing.

I had set down my car keys while I was shopping somewhere in the store and checked out about 30 minutes before closing. When I got out to my car and realized I didn't have my car keys, I walked back inside and asked an employee if they happened to find any keys. They called it in and started helping me look by the shoes, which is where I had spent the most time. After about a minute, the employee disappeared and I continued to retrace my steps through the store. After about 15 minutes of looking around, I walked up to the front checkout and was asked if I was the one who lost my keys, and then was told to look in my purse and check in my car (which I had already done). I then went out to my car again to double check through the windows if I had accidentally locked myself out, and then came back in. At this point, a manager was standing by the front entrance and said something along the lines of 'you haven't found your keys yet?'. I responded no and they asked if I may have left it in another store at the mall, but I had only shopped at Dick's. I then again proceeded to retrace my steps, opening shoe boxes, looking under clothes, jostling hangers. As I was continuously retracing my steps, they turned the lights off in the store and about 3 minutes later one of the managers came up to me and said I only have a little bit of time left before I had to leave. So I turned my flashlight on my phone and kept walking around. Not one time did an employee walk around with me and help me look. Not one employee asked me what my keys looked like or where they thought I may have left them. I had to call someone to bring me a spare key so I could get into my car. My keys are still somewhere in this Dick's and there was not one bit of urgency or care to help me find them.
