Stay away from this store! The employees don’t help with anything. At one point I practically tracked a person down, she handed me a foundation that she “thought matched my skin” and walked away. I’m new to makeup so I thought someone would help me out. Will stick with Sephora. Horrible customer service

It's a great place to shop for hair and make-up. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the staff is sometimes hit or miss when it comes to being helpful. Most of the time they will greet you and offer to assist you, but there have been times where they seemed to actively avoid making eye contact or presenting themselves as available to help.

This is not my 1st time with ulta where I have had a bad experience!!! The staff are very rude and not will to help. I went to the checkout after seeing this lady(staff) give attitude to another customer, she didn't say a word until she wanted my number for the system and I politely say no thank she proceeds by get a worst attitude. Needless to say I WON'T be going back
