Great selection and helpful staff make things easy to find. I love the old book smell. You can usually find a copy of whatever you're looking for plus books you didn't even know you wanted! Prices are great and make this a great spot to go for all your old book needs! The shelves are packed and the atmosphere is great. This place is great for pictures or a quiet nerdy date.

LOVE THIS PLACE. Can always find something I didn't know I couldn't live without. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. My spouse wasn't a book person until coming here. Now she insists on us making the 2+ hour drive several times a year. Dickson St has both recent and antiquarian books on all subjects, fiction and nonfiction. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend Dickson St. Go before 2 pm. and the parking is free. (FYI: Up the street is Emilio's. Expertly prepared and delicious food. Has Saturday/Sunday brunch which is less expensive, but no less delicious.

For me, this is like a kid walking into a candy store. The books are from floor to ceiling, and you have mazes to go through. It's just completely awesome, and I really hope that it stays around for many more years to come! The fact that you can buy and sell books here is also another big bonus!

This is one of the best bookstores in the world. A completely unique experience and a mind boggling assortment of books. I love the local flavor, too. They have a book on Ozark Vernacular Houses in the architecture section that is eloquently written and informative. I also found a diary of an 1800s Ozark woman in the local history section. It was stunning to read about a year of her life in her words. You'll find plenty of gems in the stacks.

Just what you are looking for when you want that perfect book. They have difficult to find & rare books as well as the usual. What is fun is to step into the smell of majesty from the ink and pages. I love ereaders but if you want pagemaster style feeling the spines and pages- this is it.
