The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I even was given a shirt off a mannequin that I liked. Great experience!
We just left the store disappointed. We are from out of town and stopped in to restock our Hog wear. Both employees sat behind the counter on their phones and never asked if they could help us. Guess we’ll have to find another source to purchase our Hog wear.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Wide selection of Razorback merchandise. 10/10 would recommend.
Great razorback merchandise. We shop here every time we go to this mall. I took a star off because there is zero customer service. The staff totally ignore you. Literally, you have to get their attention by going to the register to ask a question about the merchandise. It is the same every time we go, and we always make large purchases.
Well I actually shop here a lot. Or used to anyway. Holiday and birthday present won’t let me return or exchange because the gift giver saved money on clearance item. Fine the saved the $10 and cost themselves much more!
As a Razorback Foundation Member and Season ticket holder I have shopped in this store for years when I travel up for games in multiple sports. Over the years I could tell you how much I have spent in this store. Unfortunately after a run in with a very disrespectful female employee I will just spend my money on the schools campus moving forward.
Been shopping at the Razorback shop at Pinnacle for years. As an alum living in Kansaa City, I can't get Razorback gear where I live. Great selection of Razorback clothing and gifts. Bobbi the manager is a delightful lady. Employees are students and always helpful. Looking forward to being there again for Mother's Day. Thanks Bobbi and staff, see you soon! Kris of KC
Big, clean and open space. But needs more baby/toddler selection
The 2 people that were working there were to busy talking about video games to help anyone. I do not recommend going there ever
