I had a TERRIBLE experience at Dillard's and I've been making my rounds on social media advising other's to take their business somewhere where customers of all races are treated equally. On 12/23 my husband and I were ignored by two salespeople in the men's shoes department who were rude and clearly prejudice. As soon as we walked away a white woman walked by and both salespeople proceeded to JUMP to help this woman. When I questioned them about why I was not helped when looking at the same product they claimed not to see me or my husband - a blatant lie. Rest assure, we took our business to Macy's where we were treated like valued customer and proceeded to purchase his work shoes there. Dillard's should be ashamed for employing salespeople who feel it's okay to ignore black customers. Disgusting!

@Be Real all of this is true and anyone thinking of working for this sh***y store should definitely reconsider. By far the worst store to ever work at. Kris Bullock the store manager has been having a sexual relationship with Kim the cosmetic floor manager who has no idea on how to do her job or train anyone. I guess acquiring Kurt as an Assistant store manager was suppose to help but Idk how he now another puppet in Kris's pocket. Wow Dan and Martha the Regional Managers are just as dumb founded they act as if they don't know that Kris Bullock is the Worst Store manager in all of Arizona. A 95% turnover rate won't get them interested in what going on who knows what will.I'll save you sometime if you were thinking about applying don't go to a mall with actual foot traffic .

Ella Aye... Wow... really?? I don't think anything could be more pathetic. I feel sorry for You. You are clearly completely miserable with your own life and surroundings that you feel the need to need make up lies about other people to take the focus off of your own misery. A Store Manager is only as good as the managers above them.. and so on. And the next time you decide to falsely accuse people, make sure you have your facts straight... and make sure YOUR perfect. Or better yet, just get a life. You need to grow up and move on. The longer you remain ugly, nasty and bitter, the longer you will continue to be the miserable person you are.. and Keep in mind, you WILL reap what you sow. P.S. Ella Aye.... dumbest song ever written.

Needed to purchase a new pair of sneakers for our very active 10-yr old son. Shopped on-line at Famous Footwear, Journey's, JC Penny's and Macy's to find a nice selection and good pricing and while on our way to make an in-store visit, we stopped at Dillard's. The welcoming we received from Rhonda encouraged us to find not only what he liked, but two styles of what he liked, and both were on sale. They look great, they help him RUN FAST, :) and who does't love that ?!? Two for the price of one, plus, above-excellent service. You made the difference Rhonda, and that's what got the sale. Thank you - YOU are the teammate that earned the 5-Star value!
