This place is probably the worst store I've ever been in. Goodwill is better organized and cleaner. Shoe department was organized by Helen Keller. Online ordering is apparently processed by sloths. No signage. Who runs this place? Ray Charles? Jesus. Terrible.

Make sure if you order online that you will love the item. ~~I bought something as a Christmas present for $30 and wasn't what was wanted, when I went to the store to return it I only got refunded $20. They won't refund the shipping and handling so I'm out $10. ~~ just FAIR WARNING for buying online.

I hate how all JC Penneys close at 9:00pm everyday. Most other places stay open till at least 10:00pm or 10:30pm but jc penney just has to be special. They close way too early on a Sunday. Church is usually in the mornings so that doesn't make much sense to have the store open during church hours but then close earlier. Their hours are ridiculous!

Love to shop at JCPenney! Great selection, fabulous prices and friendly service.  What more can anyone ask for? I am a fan no doubt!

Don't buy your appliances from JC Penney! I I ordered a dishwasher and a range. The range was not what I ordered so the delivery people took it back that day.  ALMOST 3 WEEKS LATER I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY BACK! The ladies at the store that helped me order, and then inquire after my refund, were great. But, I have now called customer service two different times and have yet to see the refund. Found a replacement range from another internet company for the same price with free delivery and no sales tax. Wish I'd have known about them before I ordered from JC Penney.
