The store was well-organized, neat and had a nice lighting. My husband and I were always shopping at Sears and we have Shop Your Way account. But this particular store we weren't keen to give a good review just because when my mom-in-law tried to return a perfume, they refused it because it didn't have a receipt even though the perfume was sealed tight in the plastic container and had Sears logo on it and including the price intact.

Three years after purchasing a washer and dryer from this Sears I was told from a service tech that I was sold a used washer and dryer. Sears said that since I didn't open up the inside of the wash machine and inspect the parts that they will not repair or replace given the time from purchase to now to call about it. Here is the picture of inside of wash unit. If you buy from Sears make sure you take it apart on the first day and inspect because you never know what your going to get. I guess I got a glimpse as to why they are closing down store. Poor customer service and delivery.

One of your management kicked me and some of my friends out of the store and had them banned for doing something they have no proof of.. they say we caused destruction of property which is a total lie.. we go to this mall an easy 3 days out of the week every single week and we have for months now and we've always visited that Sears never with intent to destroy or mess with anything. We honestly believe that this was made up for the purpose of keeping us out because we "go there to often".... the woman who kicked us out even went to the extent of reminding us that if we were seen in there again we would have charges pressed against us... we're 15 year olds!

The only part of Sears I can rate is the tool department, which is a shell of its former self. Years ago you could buy many, many quality tools and even firearms at Sears. Today you only see 50% of what they used to have, lower quality, higher prices, and constantly changing products you can't service a few months later. I used to purchase air compressors for my business. In less than 2 years we got over a dozen different models. When they broke down, you are out of luck for parts.
